Delivery Policy
We aim to dispatch in-stock orders quickly and safely using a suitable courier for the size, weight and contents of your order.
If your order is placed before 12pm on a working day and the products are in stock, we will usually aim to dispatch your order the same working day for delivery on the next working day.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by stock availability, courier delays, weather, bank holidays, incorrect delivery details or circumstances outside our control.
1. Speed of delivery
Orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday are usually processed the same working day, provided the items are in stock and there are no payment, address or order queries.
Orders placed after 12pm, at weekends or on bank holidays will usually be processed on the next working day.
Where next working day delivery is available, this applies after dispatch and is not guaranteed unless specifically stated at checkout or confirmed by us in writing.
2. Stock availability
We make every effort to keep website stock levels accurate. However, stock availability on the website is not a guarantee that every product is immediately available for dispatch.
If an item is out of stock, delayed, unavailable or affected by a supplier issue, we will contact you as soon as possible to explain the situation and advise when the item is expected to be sent.
Depending on the order, we may offer to:
- Wait for the item to come back into stock
- Send a suitable alternative if agreed with you
- Part-dispatch the available items where practical
- Cancel and refund the unavailable item
- Cancel and refund the full order if required
3. Delivery costs
Delivery costs are based on the size, weight, destination and contents of the order. Different couriers may be used depending on the type of products ordered.
Some items may require specialist handling because of their weight, size, liquid content, fragility or courier restrictions.
The delivery cost will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.
4. Free UK delivery
Online orders over £75 within the UK may be eligible for free delivery, up to a total package weight of 30kg.
Free delivery may not apply to oversized, overweight, hazardous, restricted, remote-location or special-delivery items. If your order requires an additional delivery charge, we will contact you before dispatch.
5. Heavy, large or restricted items
Some products cannot be sent using standard courier services. This may include heavy items, large systems, fragile goods, liquids, chemicals or products subject to courier restrictions.
Where a product requires a specialist courier, pallet delivery or additional handling, delivery may take longer than standard next working day delivery.
If this applies to your order, we will contact you where necessary to confirm the delivery arrangements.
6. Delivery addresses and customer responsibility
Please make sure your delivery address, postcode, phone number and email address are correct before placing your order.
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details supplied at checkout.
If a courier is unable to deliver because the address is incorrect, incomplete, inaccessible or no one is available to receive the parcel, additional delivery charges may apply.
7. Missed deliveries and courier issues
If a courier attempts delivery and no one is available, they may leave a card, send a notification, attempt redelivery, deliver to a neighbour or take the parcel to a collection point, depending on the courier service used.
Please follow the courier instructions as soon as possible. Parcels that are not collected or rearranged may be returned to us.
If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery, non-collection or incorrect delivery details, we may need to charge for redelivery.
8. Damaged, missing or incorrect deliveries
Please check your delivery as soon as it arrives.
If your parcel arrives damaged, items are missing, or you have received the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate.
Please keep the original packaging, labels, courier packaging and damaged goods until we have reviewed the issue. We may ask for photos of the packaging and products to help us resolve the matter with the courier.
9. Delivery refunds
Delivery charges are normally non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.
However, delivery charges may be refunded where required by law, including where goods are faulty, not as described, incorrect, or where an online order is cancelled under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
If an online customer cancels an order within the legal cancellation period, the standard outbound delivery charge may be refundable in accordance with current UK consumer law. If a customer selected a more expensive delivery option than our standard delivery service, we may only be required to refund the standard delivery cost.
Important: Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights. Where UK consumer law gives you stronger rights than this policy, the law will take priority.
10. Returning products
If you need to return a product, please contact us before sending anything back. This helps us confirm whether the item is suitable for return and how it should be handled.
You may make your own return arrangements using a postal or courier service, but we strongly recommend using a tracked service or one that provides proof of posting.
Until the parcel reaches us, it remains your responsibility unless we have arranged the collection or return ourselves.
Any used faulty goods must be returned in a clean and safe condition where reasonably possible. This is particularly important for health and safety reasons. This does not affect your statutory rights.
11. Delivery times and legal rights
We aim to deliver orders within the timeframe shown at checkout or confirmed by us. Where no specific timeframe has been agreed, UK consumer law generally requires goods to be delivered within 30 days.
