The Maxibright DUO digital power pack uses Flip/Flop Technology to provide excellent flexibility. The DUO has six adjustable power settings, manual primary output and secondary output settings, an automatic 12 hour Flip/Flop setting and an automatic 1 hour Flip/Flop setting.
Use one DUO ballast to run two grow rooms alternately, by choosing either the manual primary/secondary output setting or automatically by selecting the 12 hour Flip/Flop setting.
Use one DUO ballast to run two lamps alternately in one grow room, by choosing either the manual primary/secondary output setting or automatically by selecting the 1 hour Flip/Flop setting. Use the 1 Hour Flip/Flop setting for short periods to significantly reduce the grow room temperature when the temperature reaches a critical level (This was proven by customer and our own test results)

Plants need a regulated day and night cycle. To limit the damage caused by unexpected interruptions to your plant lighting such as a power cut, fast lamp re-strike safely re-starts hot lamps as quickly as possible rather than waiting for them to cool.
Domestic power supplies naturally fluctuate in voltage. Dynamic frequency control regulates the ballast output to your lamps for efficient, maintained lamp output with no flickering during voltage fluctuations.
