FloraMax Feed Chart Guidelines
Key Notes
| General instructions | Fill reservoir with water, add Pythoff PLUS first where applicable, stir well after each addition, and keep final pH between 5.0 and 6.3. |
|---|---|
| Hard water | Reduce Veg-1 by 1ml/L or VegaFlora A&B by 0.5ml/L, and lower pH to 5.0–5.5. |
| Soft water | Ensure pH stays above 5.0. FloraMax recommends Silica at 0.1–0.3ml/L to raise pH if needed. |
| CO2 / high light | Add extra Veg-1 at 2ml/L or extra VegaFlora A&B at 1ml/L. FloraMax also recommends matching CO2 to high PPFD at a 1:1 ratio. |
| Deficiencies | Add 1–2ml/L FloraMax Ca-Mg-Fe and feed more often, aiming for 10–15% run-off. |
| Growth-XS | Never use in bloom or the final week of veg. For shorter veg phases, apply in Veg Week 1. Use 0.5ml/L for sensitive plants. |
| Flushing | Flush with plain water every 7–14 days. Include 0.5ml/L Pythoff PLUS and ensure pH is 5.0–6.0. |
| System care | Use System Maintenance at 2ml/L to help prevent buildup. FloraMax also advises avoiding air stones and keeping reservoirs protected from light ingress. |
