High-reflective sheeting designed to bounce more light back into your canopy.

Diamond Mylar is a reflective film used to line grow tents, rooms, and indoor garden spaces. The diamond texture helps scatter light rather than reflecting it in one harsh direction, improving spread across the canopy and reducing dead spots in corners. If you are paying for watts, this is one of the cheapest ways to get more out of the light you already have.

Why it’s worth using

  • Improves light efficiency by reflecting light back onto plants instead of losing it to dark walls.
  • Better spread thanks to the diamond texture which helps diffuse and scatter light.
  • Cleaner environment by covering dusty or absorbent surfaces with a wipe-clean layer.
  • Flexible installation for walls, doors, shelves, propagation areas and DIY grow spaces.

Best for

  • Grow tents and DIY grow rooms
  • Propagation and cloning areas
  • Lining cupboards, shelves, and plant corners
  • Improving light distribution in spaces with dark walls

How to fit it properly

  1. Measure your area and cut the Mylar with scissors or a sharp blade.
  2. Fix using tape, staples, or battens depending on your surface.
  3. Keep it as flat and tight as possible to avoid sagging and creases.
  4. Leave access points for ducting, cables and zips if used inside a tent or cabinet.

Good to know

  • Choose the size/length variant that matches your space.
  • Wipe clean with a soft cloth to keep reflectivity high.
  • Avoid harsh abrasives that can scratch reflective surfaces.

Tip: The biggest gains come from lining the areas your light misses most, typically corners, behind plants, and any dark wall facing the canopy.
